In February this year, the Kent & East Sussex Railway ran trains to commemorate the last year of the Hayling Island branch. They were hauled by Terrier 32678, formerly ‘Knowle’ in lined BR black. The train consisted of a Maunsell in Maunsell liveryand a BR Mk1 brake 3rd in BR(S) green. The photo by David Powell, shows the commemorative destination board in the Maunsell carriage.
