On a visit to the IoW Steam Railway in September 2011, we were given a viewing of "Freshwater" which was being prepared for storage over the winter. Freshwater is apparently only used a busy times when it's necessary to run two trains.

The RSPB (the managers of the Oysterbed site for HBC) are in agreement, in principal, for the planned viewing area on the mound. Rob Hill (HBC Open Spaces) has agreed to set up a meeting with interested parties in a HBC conference room. I shall be sending invitations out shortly with a request for availability [...]
